Strength, rehab, and performance coaching under one roof. Three specialists. One facility. Twin Falls, Idaho.
The GZS Coaching Collective isn't a box gym with rotating staff. It's a small group of independent coaches who share a facility, a philosophy, and a referral network — each running their own practice, each committed to getting you stronger and healthier.
Whether you need barbell coaching, physical therapy, or both, you'll find it here. And because we work together, nothing falls through the cracks.
Founder
Sam is a certified Starting Strength Coach and the founder of Ground Zero Strength. He coaches barbell training for lifters who want real-world strength — for hunting, martial arts, and living better. He also coaches online, working with clients across the country.
Collective Coach
Ashley holds a Master's in Strength & Conditioning from the College of Idaho and spent time on the strength coaching staff at the University of Idaho. She coaches out of the GZS facility, runs a Women's Strength group, and works with clients at all levels building real, lasting strength on the barbell.
Treat & Train
Nicole runs Treat & Train out of the GZS facility, combining physical therapy and strength training into a seamless process. If you're dealing with pain, recovering from injury, or want to train smarter, Nicole bridges the gap between PT and the barbell.
We're selectively growing the GZS Coaching Collective. If you're a serious coach in a complementary lane — PT, nutrition, performance, or strength — and you want access to a facility, a brand, and a referral network in Twin Falls, let's talk.
