Treat

Address what's holding you back.

Nicole is a licensed physical therapist. She assesses movement, identifies limitations, and addresses the underlying issues that have kept you from training the way you want. Most people spend years working around their problems. Nicole works through them.

Train

Build real strength on top of it.

Nicole isn't a PT who occasionally uses weights. She coaches barbell-based strength training — progressive, systematic, built on the same methodology that runs through everything at GZS — adapted to meet you exactly where you are.

Who This Is For

Built for the people the standard model ignores.

If you've been told "don't lift heavy" or "your body can't handle that" — you may just need a coach who actually understands your body and knows how to work with it.

Nicole Sharp, PT

Nicole Sharp, Physical Therapist and Strength Coach at Ground Zero Strength

Nicole Sharp is a licensed physical therapist and strength coach based at Ground Zero Strength in Twin Falls. Her approach combines clinical PT assessment with barbell-based strength programming — treating the limitation and building strength on top of it simultaneously.

She works with clients who have movement issues, injury histories, or structural limitations that require more than a generic program. She brings both the clinical eye and the coaching skill to get you stronger, safely.
