The Alliance BJJ Strength Club gives you a custom plan built around your mat schedule, video reviews of your lifts, and ongoing support—all without locking you into class times.
You’ll start with a 1-on-1 onboarding session to learn the key movements and map your training. From there, you’ll follow a personalized program with 2–4 short sessions per week, send in videos for feedback, and adjust as you go, so your strength training always supports your jiu jitsu and life.
